The Coach’s background

My coaching is rooted in a long, solid insight and interest for human development, modern business understanding, and social analysis. For over 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with serious, professional leaders whose leadership have contributed to society’s sustainable growth and development.

I have personally coached more than 800 executives from private and public sectors, and the EU. My clients also include politicians and ministers across party lines, talented and ambitious young entrepreneurs, and visionary and brave artists. By working with such a diverse group of leaders across sectors, I have obtained a very valuable breadth and creativity in my coach’s toolbox.

The path to coaching leaders began for me more than 30 years ago while studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business at Copenhagen Business School. My curiosity towards understanding human behaviour and organisational dynamics lead me to undertake a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology at CIIS in San Francisco, with a thesis on human and organisational change. My basic coaching training and certification I received at one of the world’s oldest and most widely recognised coaching schools, CTI. Through my work with LinKS I have participated in top executives programs at The Wharton School (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,USA) since 2005. Moreover, I continuously participate in educational courses to ensure that I am well oriented and remain ahead of the curve. For many years, I have studied, worked and lived abroad, in the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
