Team Coaching

Team coaching of a management team, a board, or a leadership team can be pivotal to the team getting off to a good start, developing sufficiently during a process, or coming out of a crisis or conflict in a constructive manner. When a team needs to develop and reach new heights in its performance level, engaging with a coach can be invaluable. A respectful and honed dialogue can create the necessary motivation and learning that releases the team’s potentials in the short and long term alike.

The Process:

Any team coaching process begins with an analysis of the team’s situation and development needs. These are devised on the basis of confidential conversations with the leader, and when apt with all members of the team. Based on this analysis, a development process is designed, which typically consists of a combination of individual coaching conversations, team coaching conversations, and a written evaluation.
